RED DAWN

This was meant to be the 'theme song' for the Gaijin Red persona. Each persona brings a new declaration, and Red Dawn's was right in the hook--"I got [the ill shit]... You can come and get it, but you better prepare for it."

Some say I came from the center of the Earth
Others say I’m that new type money, so what you worth?
Some call you rap child, covered in afterbirth
or some Bitch-Ass Mothafucka, showin’ his skirt
The truth is, I could’ve come from some outer space dirt
here to give you 40 acres in a world of hurt
but know this, Gaijin’s the foreigner like UFOs
and yet familiar like arch-foes
and while you fucks stay frontin’ makin’ master claims
my words turn into blackbirds that shit with aim,
flock up into phrases that project to maim,
then form the phoenix that projects the flame
You ask me, you’re fuckin’ devils all the same
I can recall before rap was called ‘rap game’
and recall before the rapper made rap lame
Just another Scarlet Letter puttin’ bitches to shame
Silvansmith was created to prevent the pain
of being pissed on and told it was rain
or getting Amadou’d by crooked execs
who wanna keep your masters and hold them against you like Tecs

I got it, and if you want it
you can come and get it, but you’d better prepare for it
Oh yeah, I got it, and if you want it
you can come and get it, but you’re gonna prepare for it

Rhyme circles around the competition; dem fall dizzy
and strap Depends on ‘cause their style’s type pissy
You wonder, ‘What is he?’; Gaijin:
That new form of language, like C++ when I’m compilin’
I’m complex – hackers use my brainwaves
to render government web sites to fall slave
My enclave hits the scene and splits the screen,
forcing you to double your efforts to be seen
amongst a million rappers and their mommas who manage
but y’all fucks gotta understand I gotta do damage
You wanna be a monkey savage? Go ahead and stack bananas
but some men stack banana clips
When I roll on stage, your brain matter rips
‘cause knowledge stops the blinding light like an eclipse
Knowledge stops your blinding light like an eclipse
Knowledge stops your blinding light

I got it, and if you want it
you can come and get it, but you’d better prepare for it
Oh yeah, I got it, and if you want it
you can come and get it, but you’re gonna prepare for it

You’re just a storyteller of fractured fairy tales; I’m high-scale
with shock value of a third rail
Stack stock that’s blue chip; sink rappers like ships when flippin’ loose lips
Innovate young minds like CPU chips
You know who flips paper
You hear me transmit on pirate radio in Asia
The non-thug, non-playa, but understand
I’m a non-punk, non-faker; I’m just a man
working my way to godhood using a plan
to place me at Haile Selassie’s right hand
When I expand over your FM bandwidth,
competition is left without legs to stand with
I’m like Titan A.E. – I’ll be around after the Earth blows
to hunt down foes and hurt those
as the Hand of Vengeance, the Voice of Independence
the Brainchild of Intelligence and Relevance
Peep the evidence within my DNA elements
I’ll make you see Red like the Dead see the Presidents
